True Redant. however, each person manufacturing 3 valves in an 8 hour day (allowing for expected problems) would take 333 staff members.......add to that the staff required to produce the pericardium and the other componants.(the same number of staff for each of the other two stages)..back of envelope figures could be (very roughly) 1000 staff.......I know that this is not the end of the story with upscaling the manufacturing, and there are many many other factors to consider...but its just an idea of the degree of upscaling that might be needed.
