Looking at their Financials - a little complex but found a graph which indicated TAVR 2021 - 65% however there are attachments to the TAVR % which, if included could put the 65% higher. I do remember Wayne mentioned some % I thought 80% but please do not quote me.

I looked into the B/Sheet and had some challenges getting to a figure - % of TAVR to Sales - no go could not get one at first glance

In any case say 65% and you were the CEO (others to) of Edwards and knowing that there is a little minnow with a much better product than yours. A product that any Doctor, knowing about AVR's valve and worth their salt would have to use 'the best', if they did not oops, litigation ??? Now as the Chief what would you do?? Sit back let someone else go for it before you do. No doubt you have done due diligence many times. Also---- knowing that some 'experts' say AVR's valve could take 50% of the market -- there goes say 30/40% of your market share ??? A huge hit to profits.

Now your big challenge - if you do 'go for it' who else will have a go ? A fight to the death ?
