I think you will find that the asx was aware of this large number of shares changing hands prior to it happening hence no speeding fine (massive volume and share price hikes like these ALWAYS attracts speeding fines) - to me it indicates a change of management ie new management buying previous managements shares at a pre organised price and done by a couple of brokers.

Time will tell but like i mentioned there was some serious buying in this stock today indicating to me that it wants to go higher.
