IMO Creafin didn't ask for commission due to the fact that I-world does not exist. If you Google I-world there is no such company in Korea.

with a footnote suggesting that iron ore prices are expected to fall below $60.
Unless they have arranged another exorbitant loan to cover wages the directors are running the risk of being liable for trading insolvently. Debts incurred whilst trading insolvently can be recovered against directors.
It will be interesting to see if a quarterly report will be released at the end of January!
