Jzed, I have looked at the top 20 in the annual report as you suggested and the top 20 only hold 16.6% of FAS with the largest shareholder only having 1.7%. I would suggest that FAS has no substantial shareholder and that small shareholders have the potential to "wave a heavy stick"
