Jzed, I disagree the management have no substantial shareholder to back them up and as such minority shareholders if contacted could probably roll the board. Shareholders could be contacted by simply getting a copy of the share register and doing a mail out. I should point out that I am not suggesting that this should be done but simply that it could be done relativly easily. It is also likely that a number of the shareholders in the top 20 are far from happy
