boysy1 - I don't think that mgt is silly enough to mislead/lie to the shareholders (and ASX) regarding the confidential farmin partner which was subject to exclusive due diligence. Sure, the 60 days exclusive period has passed and the company has not mentioned anything about it yet - this has happened with other companies before. There is still the possibility that the company and farmin party are still finalising the legal due diligence (especially with the macro economic events happending around the world. My guess is that the farmin party has the option to wait and see how the macro issues pan out a bit more before any further committements - I would do the same if I was in their shoes).
