I was probably bound to screw up on one of them - the calculate I use on may share trader software gives the rise and fall percentages between two prices, for Rio it was -60.3%, but if it had risen between the same two prices it would have been a rise of 151.6%

I though I spent too much time on that list as it was, especially by the time I got to Reo (pun on song...ok, RIO)

That looks like the only screw up (after another quick scan).

Note the each line begining "has risen" was written in Dec '07 and the "year to date" on the same line refers to 07.

Which is interesting, because for most of the stocks listed, the fall in '08 is around the same as the rise through '07.
