This company appears to me to based on the activity of drilling then drilling results.
They said there is increased drilling in the coming months which will be financed by current cash in bank ( around $4m at end of December ) .
Todays announcement for the sale of 118000 options at $.01 will bring in $1,180 to the company but I noticed there is a further 348,000,000 options that expire on the 22/05/22 also at $01.
If all those options are taken up as shares it will bring in another $3.48 million to the company in the next couple of months.
So the way I see it is, if the company can get the drilling done ( 11 holes I think proposed ) with good results back before May 22nd the better outlook for the share price and options getting excised and financing for the company.
