The PFS is worse than useless due to its confidence level being so broad, pricing assumptions very bullish for a PFS and overall very poorly presented. This has caused a loss of investor confidence.
Big picture: REE prices will have to rise more than expected otherwise there will be even bigger shortages in the future as the stuff will stay in the ground.
The uranium; can that be extracted cheaply don't forget there are +9mio lbs there which makes today's ARU MC of $140mio approx look not too bad even forgetting the REE etc.
