I note with interest the allotment of one (or two?) parcels of shares as "performance rights"
While not listed for trading these will ultimately dilute the value of other shares held publicly?
Does anyone know the performance criteria for these allotments?
I am entirely comfortable if they represent part of incremental value added under the allotment terms?
If that is the case it would be interesting to know the precise nature and estimated dollar value added (if known).
Or is the performance in question the subject of confidential KPIs which we need to accept on trust?
I have no problem either way, but does anyone know the terms of allotment?
If published where does one view the terms?
I am fully confident that good value performance is the basis, and this could well exceed the value diluted.
Just interested in any publicly available information.
