Is MST in the process of being packaged by a group for sale or has it already been sold and we just aren't aware of who the buyer really is ?

But, packaged for sale may be what's happening. The sale may not take place for 2 years. THey extend the notes by 3 to give themselves time.

I don't think the private equity group will take mst private because that means they assume all risk. If MST in 2012 is half owned by one group, the risk is shared and they can always (try to) run another cap raising at the end of next year.

MST just has to make a sale. Even if Santa is real, no sales, no mst imo.
