Its not over till the fat lady sings as they say. I agree without a contract of some kind soon Metalstorm may be in trouble.

Is that what the current " breach " issue is concerned with expected contract,s that have not eventuated ? or perhaps its along the lines of what Giddyup suggested as a possible scenario the new yorkers may want
$700k or $200k of of the shareholder rights issue money ?
Hope its fair for me to speculate that Giddyup no offence or misinterpretation meant. In my thinking
is it in the various US Defense related institutions interests for MST to fail ? I cant figure it ? One would think an Defense Compamy involvement would want the company and team behind the drive which holds the inspiration and inititive to realise what the technology offers.
The amount of MST shares on issue and Notes debt is an issue but doesnt seem so big when compared to the Military Budget spending figures you mentioned for 2012.imho
