    Remember the allowable deduction Accountants etc were spruking a few years
    back re..Plantations/...everyone jumped in as it was an allowable deduction at time..
    then T/O changed its mind for no reason...it's just a fact..forget about fear etc.
    When you talk about rulings ..that's why T/O love going to court ..to CHANGE existing
    rulings ..arbritary rulings are their speciality...
