Huge promise given their land holding but at the end of the day they need to sort out the litigation. Maybe management need to poke the litigation tiger so we can see if it actually has any teeth or get it sorted out one way or another.
Its really sad to watch a company with so much potential sitting so idle. Ive been watching a fair while now and someone does not want this stock to run.
