My guess is that the largest shareholder will provide funding at some ridiculously low conversion rate which the board will stupidly approve (because the boarda nd management have no commercial sense) and in addition will happily agree to an excessive amount of interest rate that existing shareholders will continually have to prvide funding for to pay back.
Tom has got this one dreadfully wrong to date and will keep on doing so. He thinks he knows best....
