The chinese, and looks like the management have moved this along very quickly. And as stated by some others to prevent any other interested parties having a go by the looks. The deal certainly looks like it's been done and dusted already and everyone saying they will accept, this that and the other, may have to accept what they're given or just continue to hold. It is possible for them to take control by doing a deal with some major shareholders. Don't need us to get in their way. Will be a real shame given the potential here.
