For me rayray,
I'm stoked to be out at 49 and buy back a small trading parcel at 41.
The deal overall is a mess and has an odour about it.

No doubt the broad brush strokes were made some months/weeks ago and my guess is shareholder value is not top of the list.

IMO, the Chinese paid 53c because it's tough to buy on market that volume of shares, certainly in a small time frame.

The deal was done sometime ago and soon we'll find out what crumbs are left for us.
