Placement done at 68c/shr, top end of range. Significantly oversubscribed. Guessing that Pie Funds and Quest Asset Partners, who asked questions on yesterday's investor conf call, will be joining the share register. Two funds with excellent track records and smell $ from a mile away.
Must admit that in 15 yrs of M&A, I can't recall a deal being done by any company, with the exception of NRW, which is 60% accretive to EPS. Most investors jump for joy if an acquisition is >10% accretive. This is 60% accretive.
Sp will rocket once trading recommences.
