    You missed the PURPOSE of the stimulus. The puporse was to stimulate the AUSTRALIAN not the Brits, not the Italian, not the French etc etc but the AUSTRALIAN economy.

    I ask again: How can giving money to people residing overseas help to stimulate the AUSTRALIAN economy?

    It was stupid.
