LandBarge, I fully agree, the local brew is what we drink. I was weaned on Swan Larger and Emu Bitter until i became involved with Gage then it was Wahoo until it was discontinued, now its Single Fin and Pipe Dreams ad the regular bit i try every new line Gage produce.
Your comments must have been well known to our chiefs when they changed the name to Good Drinks and established the company as a "House of Brands'. We have to now realize that Gage Roads is just one brand after they split all products up into separate parts and then became distributers for other international beers and cider.
there is a reasonable chance that after a period of acting as agent for some of these beer companies Good Drinks could also brew under license for them in Australia.
I can see profitably reaching new heights in the next couple of years as we bed down this recent growth, and the use of the money turned back into new tap houses and acquisitions with maybe a large centralised brewery somewhere on the east coast .
