It would be madness for ton to accept any takeover and would IMO be rejected immediately. The potential is only being realised and if it is anywhere near syr metrics, the sp could be at least where syr is. Like Csg and origin energy, a TO offer provides current valuations in the market. Hence the re- rating short term. However ton will need to get to reserves as soon as possible to turn potential into reality. Lets hope drills go to plan as I can c the market giving ton a premium due to its delivery in exploration so far. However at the first sign of trouble it will unwind very fast. I hope LT holders are watching carefully with finger on the pulse to protect their substantial profits. If all is positive the future is going to rosy.
