I think the majority of us are in for the long haul and with an announcement upcoming I don't think this share will retrace to 2.8c. If you look at the charts there isn't even support at 2.8c. Support is at 3c and if that fails its 2.7c but TSV doesn't look like it's going to fail!
The only reason I say this and it isn't ramping is that the fundamentals of this stock is excellent! You can throw all the technical analysis at it that you want, but when a share is that good, fundamentals are always going to outweigh techinals!
Just my 3.2c (hopefully 6c :P)
