Reduce EFS acres bring the debt to managble levels, manage a smaller portfolio efficiently then work hard on existing commiments. Don't just freaking run for buying acres when you don't have money and can't figure out survival.
Stupid mgt. screwd the whole co. and small investors I beleive.
