Do you know they have been drilling beacause of the fact they been tapping on debt facility and drawn to 192 Usd.
Surely they are drilling but cannot continue the way they have been. Liquidity is badly squeezed and cash flows have been reduced immensely.
You mentioned sea will pay huge debt using cash flows but fact I get they have not been even able to meet their investing cash outflows with operating casflows (its neagtive too).
So reducing debt is the only way to go. EFS ACRES still being sold are a fair price. Surely sea can survive and grow again if mgt is prudent enough. Btw take a read of cash flows again??
