    Note sure why no one is aware/ mentioned the litigation going on in the US against a dozen frakkin oilers, including Sundance Energy Oklahoma LLC.

    Pity management have not made a statement. Anyone going to call ASIC as I believe this is of material impact to the company and shareprice - the shorters all over it now.
