    Sea nnes to divest some assets to reduce the debt levels. $192m debt is immensely high. I bought a small parcel a few days back(thinking it was very cheap) and doing research now but debt levels keep me away. There is immediate need to sell off soelme acres of EFS!

    I don't understand why people saying its cheap???
