    The quarterly should detail the corporate operating costs.

    Will be interesting to see what value is placed on cash on hand vs corporate cash drain vs investment potential.

    Remember $8.5M does not mean that they have 8.5 M to spend unless they can buy a profitable business that already covers SE1 corporate cash burn.
    I doubt they are going to find this.

    So, realistically, they need to be looking for some kind of tech startup in the $4-5M range with about $4M left over to have any sort of chance of moving said startup into profitability.

    Of course they could also just go down the path of neverending CR... probably seems the most likely tbh.
