You are getting confused. The 25% discount is only applied while the weighted 5-day average of the shares are worth 0.5c, which is a 25 % discount to the Benchmark price of 0.67c as you know. Once the share price moves beyond 0.67c the discount will disappear. It is Lansteads interest to appreciate the price as much as possible to maximise their investment of course, so have faith you wont need to worry about an overhang effect.
