Mita, do you know how the "Milestone payment" is calculated?
It seems to me if the net sale reach $100M in ONE calendar year ACR will receive $25M from Lily and $50M if the net sale reach $200M.
My question is: if the net sale in 2014-15 fail to reach $200M (seems the case)but still over $100M, will ACR get $25M Milestone payment from Lily? or get nothing?
