Interesting to read the time to submit completion reports on the well permit. Maybe dicko can explain the difference between the "date of well completion" and the "date on which the drilling operation is completed" and how the two could occur earlier than each other for a producing well cause i would have thought the completion is done once the drilling is finished and the flow test is after completion.
The drill permits for the Texas wells say QUOTE Statewide Rule 16 states that the operator of a well shall file with the Commission the appropriate completion report within thirty (30) days after completion of the well or within ninety (90) days after the date on which the drilling operation is completed, whichever is earlier. ENDQUOTE
Linc seem to be using the full 90 days to submit w-2 completion reports rather than 30 days....it is more than 30 days since the ASX announcemnts of the first two wells at Cedar Point.
