I have just “Eyeballed” the new Renounceable Issue dated 26 June and I notice I could not see any comment on the Grant or the land sale. (Note I may of missed it)
PLEASE NOTE AS ARW HAS TO REPAY 7.1 MIL in May 2010 I would feel it is only appropriate that shareholders get an update prior to the closure date.
7.1Mil Gov grant repayable in May 2010.
(page 16 of the half yearly report dated March 09)
The sale of the land states 3.0 Mil but per April Appendix 4C we have been advised Approx 2.2Mil.
