As one fellow said at the recent AGM, it may be best to shut the basket case down - sell the assets - distribute the proceeds to the shareholders.
That comment didn't even get a reply from the chair; just stunned silence.
When challenged on when they were going to share some results from the five year plan, Morrice said it's a five year plan - the results will be visible at the end of five years.
This board is dysfunctional. The CEO has to go.
