I Think it is good news because now we know size of the damage or the worst case , second It is claim and maybe will settle for less maybe 2 billion ,third BHP own just 50% from Samarco operation and over all this BHP has insurance cover most of the damage ,so I expect the share price should go up because it is already build worst than this and BHP share price lost more the 7 billion in the capital after this disastrous
If I'm short BHP I will close my short by monday because the unknown revealed now and no more speculations BHP value more than current price at this time of the cycle .
