I think you all need to calm down a little, we have a good pending acquisition, the market thinks it isn't going to happen. I can tell you nothing quick happens in the world of finance with these transactions, and financing is better then dilution right?? Even though as pointed out by some it is a financial drain, if Lifx hits half of their projections it is no problem at all. Having a manufacturer being able to write their own ticket as an owner is no good for competition. So whilst this is being sorted out, try to be patient. I'd be backing the bus up at these levels if I had spare cash, as since the last 4C the story has only improved.
Have any of you though what the SP may look like if this one comes off??
