I hear you as well. No I'm not super negative I just think DM would sell people down a river, due to the way he runs business. 

If you think LIFX isn't a cover up for OHM it is, he will never tell you sales figures. 

Sneaky, smart like a snake until one of ventures pays off, or they all fail and he takes your money. 

From seeing cryptic announcements and hidden messages he is never honest therefore you will never know the truth. It is what she did hiding the truth while telling others a different story. 100% what DM does, as I keep saying I won't believe a word I will just at the bottom line when the 4c comes, all IMO.
