I think one of the challenges with the board is the way it is remunerated, If I recall correctly they are all paid with options and performance options and on this basis they should all be sent packing anyway. Regardless, they will all be pushing to stay as they want to get paid something. It would be interesting to know the strike price of the options for these Directors, does anyone have this information?
