Yeldub, the general public do not have to be scientists to determine lies from truth.
It is the lies and twists of truth that have people annoyed leading to the conclusion that carbon tax is most likely a con.
When people do jury service, they don't have to be experts. They just have to decide who is spinning and who is telling the truth.
It has more to do with astuteness than education.
