The "Old Fox" will not change its usual cunning habits; its the citizens who should change the things for better, if they are not happy with current "work for 80 hours & get paid for 40 hours" system, & the system of calling you a "Employed" person if you work 15 hours in the past 6 months & gloat about manipulated Unemployment figures.
