If you ask anyone who was trying to make money in the 60's, they will tell you the biggest problem was they could'nt get debt, if they could they would have made a lot of money.

I feel we are heading for the same here. People will run for their lives, and only those able to get the debt to buy will be laughing when it all turns around in however many years it takes.
