yeah I agree dacata, I can't see any issue with the purchases by Ray Schoer - he's been buying small parcels regularly and hasn't been selling any. The behaviour doesn't reflect the motives of an inside trader - there's been no profit taking and the vast majority of share purchases have not occurred near an announcement so he's not gotten any material benefit from the one or two purchases that did happen to fall near an announcement.
You'd think Tony and Ray would both be a little tired of the media spotlight at the moment though.
