Australia (and it's taxpayers) are being used to prop up other economies whether it's via defence spending, building universities in France or selling our enterprises to off shore interests.
You can be sure it's all going according to plan most people only see one isolated thing at a time but when you take the wider perspective you can see it's been happening for the last 10 years and now accelerating.
