    A good way forward is for BBP mngt to ask BNB to put more money into BBP, BNB dont have the cash and will refuse, that refusal may be a trigger for BBP mngt to ask the Courts to resind the BNB mngt contract.

    But do the mangt of BBP have the balls to do that or will they meekly keep paying out.
