    With etrade you need to put in a buy or sell closer to the price within a certain percent, then you can adjust to any price,

    Example if the market price is 3 c you put in a bit of 2.9 then adjust it to 2c
    It's impossible to put in buy it sell orders that have a variation of more than 15% I think
