it's great that the shallowness of the Uranium mineralisation will allow MXR to quickly dig the stuff out of the ground.
So any change in government sentiment regarding Uranium will enable MXR to quickly react and benefit from the resource.
With rising U prices the in-Ground value of the resource could even hit 1B$ in time.
And, as you mentioned, it's only 1/4 of their Windimurra U tenement, so there might be more surprises to come.
