    Costs also have to take into account strip ratio, mine depth etc....

    MXR have the positive of U is at surface... lower mining costs...

    Total value so far is around $750M In Ground Value.... 10% gives value around $75M or around 53c a share....

    Market not even giving this 0.5% IGV at the moment... (3c a share)
