you wonder with a highly conditional initial offer,how much notice do private equity take of earnings for the ultra rich .
one would think it would use a debt reduction model when the probability of decades long revenue would
allow a variety of uses of free cashflow , accumulate more business or capital distribution in 5-8 years so yes it would seem likely a higher offer is possible doubt there are that many projects as large as STO that are up and running.
