Looks like a share purchase agreement.. so I think a mix of shares in FND to be issued, plus cash?
i don't think we'll see a cap raise..
But in any case, this puts us onto $50m plus in EBITDA for next year.
So an EV/EBITDA multiple under 10 is still a reasonable metric all day every day...
That means significant upside from here..
