Nice find @Anton. Was particularly interested in NS comments that the FindiPay side of the business would be a real driver to gains. NS commented that Indian listed digital peers of the Findipay business offerings, currently traded around +40 times EBITDA, FND currently around 7.5 times!!
Plus the commentators' point that FND could 'easily' run to a $1B Mkt cap, has certainly had me thinking about re-adjusting my exit strategy! That's putting the SP anywhere between $20 and $30 running into the IPO in 2026.
NS also mentioned another offering being considered is wealth mgmt products and services, although he mentioned FND would be looking to get into these areas indirectly with a strategic partner. But it would provide a real differentiation for the FND business model going forward.
Lots to look forward to in the short to medium term.
