This money has been ripped out of Australians and it should be returned to Australians in the form of improved healthcare, educational opportunities, improving the environment, etc.
What the hell does the government think it's there for?
Perhaps they're saving up ready and eager to participate if GWB invades N Korea. Howard would love that.
